Anal fissure
I had anal fissure around 12'o clock but it healed 4 months ago. Then I came home where we had western style toiler and now after 2 months of touted again I have very painful fissure at same spot. Plz help . Thnx

Acute on chronic fissure doesn't get settled with medications. U may need to undergo surgery for the wound to heal. Consult a surgeon nearby
