ANAL FISSURE AND PAIN
Having extreme pain while passing stool from last 10 days , used Annovate ointment without any improvement, also took antibiotics and pain killer but no releif. Also doing sitz bath Can I use toplap gel for it and is it anyway better than other ointments like Annovate or Smuth cream.

Diltiagesic ointment is right one to use after defecation two times days Tab ultracet for pain two times day after meals
