Sir can chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer I am asking it because from last 5-6 years i have history of fissure whenever tight stool pass pain and blood come out i went to a doctor last year he check and told it is chronic anal fissure he told to eat healthy and not outside food my question is as there I have a history of fissure always blood when tight stool pass so can this chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer as it a recurrent wound
