Anaemic many years.

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Female 70 years. Why I have low haemoglobin and low rbc count since past many years? Around 9 mg. Cbc reveals normocyctic normochromic with mild anistocytosis. No bleeding, kidney parameters ok too. Other things ok.
