Anaemia me vitamin tablet
I have anaemia so I feel weakness in legs and arms and little headache throughout the day so can I take FTTIKA VITA 365 tablets for this ?? Secondly I am living in hostel not getting nutritious food so can I take vitamins tablets ?? Is there need to take so ??

Ma'am As you say you have anemia then you likely have many more nutritional deficiencies including many minerals and vitamins. Food is the most holistic and powerful medicine on planet. I understand your hostel Life will have limitations but small positive steps towards real health make a great deal of difference. Most vitamins are synthetic in the market , don't go for it. Yes u can take multivitamin and multimineral tablet. Avoid spicy oily food Eat greea  leafy vegetables.

Yes take vit tablet ..but most important is diet ..high protein with lot of water ...and avoid junk foods

Can you get a cbc test done ..it will help to find out if you need iron or vitamin b12 supplements.. Every anemia is different. Kindly connect.
