In anaemia oxygen carrying capacity of blood is greatly reduced. Hence fatigue and head ache  Give her Capsule Livogen once daily for 3-6 months after food. The reason for anaemia could be worms , piles or excessive bleeding during periods. Give her tablet Zentel once weekly for 2 weeks. Repeat Hb count after 2 months. If not much improved , consult a gynaecologist.
