  4. SGPT/ALT is 46. Eosinophils in our body?

SGPT/ALT is 46
Please suggest I have done my regular full body check up and got the SGPT/ALT 46 which is higher than its limit. My Lipid profile is also high. Please suggest if I have to start medication. And What is the working of Eosinophils in our body ? Attached are the snaps of the report.

At such a young age try to have an active healthy lifestyle. Brisk walk for 30 minutes daily. Avoid fat rich diet
