Please get her Resting metabolism checked . For females is around 1400k cal so if her diet is around 900-1000 cal then she will loose weight faster as balance of 400 k cal will be taken out of her fats. Since she is gymming too then she should have high protein high fibre low carbohydrates low fat diet. She should eat Small meals every 3 hrs. She should avoid eating too much in small time. She should avoid high caloric drinks
