It's important not to stop your anxiety medication without talking to your prescribing doctor first. Suddenly stopping can cause issues. If you're having side effects, it's best to discuss this with your doctor, so they can adjust your medication if needed. For anxiety, therapy is often helpful. A psychologist can teach you skills to manage anxiety, which might eventually allow you to reduce or stop medication under their guidance. If you're considering therapy, my clinic Mind Sculpt, offers personal sessions to support you in managing anxiety. Always talk to your doctor before making any changes to your medication.

Hi, It's great that you're reaching out for support. For the side effects of medication you need to consult with your concerned doctor who has prescribed you the medicine.
Next Steps
You can see a Clinical Psychologist, have an assessment for the severity of your anxiety symptoms. And then you can continue with therapy. You will have amazing outcomes with these two ( Medication and Therapy). And this issue can be treated from the root cause.
