I hve a wrist sprain so tell me tht upto howmuch time i should keep taping with my thumb to wrist so tht stiffness not increase.. as today i kept tape on wrist for 4 hours which results in more stiffness so tell me to reduce stiffness nd upto how much time should i kept taping on my wrist nd how many times in a day plz reply me of my all questions nd thnks i shll b vry thnkful to doctr

Not alone taping u need to have ultrasound therapy for about 7 days so that ur sprain may get reduced avoid overuse of the wrist such as bike riding or playing activity that include more work to ur wrist
