It seems like due to some kind of trauma there is soft tissue inflammation on your hard palate... It may be due to hot or spicy food or duevto some physical injury...
Next Steps
Avoid any hot or spicy food fof next 7 days Apply vitamin E capsule oil on affected area Do lukewarm salt rinses thrice daily for 15 days Visit a nearby dentist after 7 days

Hi It can be either due to a trauma or by any hot food items which usually gets resolved after a week. Currently avoid any hot or spicy food items on the affected area. If it persist even after a week, kindly visit a dentist and get the condition treated. Hope this helps you!

It is due to trauma or hot foods. It will resolve on its own. The picture shows you need a professional cleaning. If the redness is due to the gum problem, then this would resolve the issues. In both cases, there is nothing to worry. Hope this helps you sir
