hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home relief. but this will give you temporary relief. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if required get it removed.

Hi. First and foremost please don't ignore or delay the treatment. No amount of medicines or home remedies are going to solve your problems as the tooth will be still there in your mouth regardless of home remedies please take time and consult a dentist.
Next Steps
visit a dental surgeon ASAP

permanent solution for your ailment is to get your teeth removed. painkiller and antibiotic can give you temporary releif only. pain will come again after a week, month or 6 months. unless you get your teeth removed pain will persist

Self medication is injurious to health. If wisdom tooth is partially erupting, x ray needs to be taken to see if space is there for it to come or if it is coming out in the right direction. Best is to show to a good reputed dentist & get all this evaluation done at earliest. Running away from real issue is not going to help. Good luck to you. Regards

Hi If you are looking for a long term result then it is better to get it removed . Wisdom tooth are now considered vestigial as in not required in mouth for chewing purpose. Once out it requires no replacement and the area is easily maintainable for future purpose Regards
