Hi Doctor, Doctor suggested to extract the lower jaw wisdom teeth. Please check the attachment. Does it requires surgery or can it removed as other teeth. Can I extract 2 wisdom teeth at one sitting. (covid situation) What would be the recovery time. After how many days I can start eating normal food (hard food). Very thankful for your reply.

I think both of your wisdom tooth need to be extracted. As their is some hinderence in the erupting pathways. It's not advisable to extract two opposite side wisdom tooth in single sitting. As you may have difficulty in eating. Best way is to go single extraction in one sitting. Get an OPG done to analyse it properly. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hello If your doctor has suggested you to go for wisdom tooth extraction, it means they must be troubling you. Since the wisdom teeth are vertical according to your x ray, we can give a try to remove them non- surgically. But if needed, minor niche in the gums might be needed. It is going to be a very comfortable procedure and the post-op discomfort will be take care off by medications. You can definitely get two wisdom teeth extracted at one go, this will in fact reduce the twice antibiotic load on your body. The sutures can be removed in 7-10 days. You will be feeling normal by seventh day (for eating normal food). The residual recovery will occur with time, might take upto 2-3 weeks ( for hard food)

Welcome to practo.. From your radiographs , it is evident that impaction has to be done.. Only one side teeth will be removed.. Usually upper and lower impacted can be removed but not both the lower wisdom teeth.. Average of after three days you can take normal food.. But avoid chewing in impaction site.. But it differs from person to person depending on the healing time.. Consult me for further details.. Thank you.

It doesn't look like needed to be extracted. But incase it has to be extracted than it doesn't require surgical extraction. It can done with ease and you have to eat soft and cold food for 24hrs and after that you can eat anything you like .
Next Steps
get cbct or opg done

There is a 90% possibility to remove this tooth without a surgery. If the 2 wisdom teeth are on the same side (upper and lower) it isn’t too much of an issue to remove both together. If they are the same jaw (both lower or both upper) you may want to consider removing them on separate appointments.
Next Steps
Visit a oral and maxillofacial surgeon for removal. They are the best trained to extract teeth, with minimum chance of surgery and minimum complications.
