Wisdom teeth came out only partially

My wisdom teeth  recently came out only sideways leaving a big cavity in the centre. It's been almost 1 week now that the teeth has only grown sideways and there is nothing in the centre. The food is getting stuck in the cavity . I am having pain and sensitivity. What should I do, should i wait for the teeth to grow fully and is it even possible that the teeth can with a cavity at the centre Please help .

If growing side ways, better to get it extracted, otherwise may cause harm to adjacent teeth... For pain take pain killers for now..

Clinical examination only confirm your suspicion about the cavities in the wisdom teeth. As of now for pain relief, T.Robinaxol D, dilute 2 tablets in normal drinking water and consume, after food. T. Famotidine 20, once b4 food.

no hot compression extraorally if difficulty in opening mouth,  use spoon to eat. warm salt water gargle, if relieving pain. hold mouthful of warm salt water for 2-3 mins. and spit out. do it 5-6 times a day. avoid hot/cold/sweet/sticky/hard food.
