I will suggest you take the single grain as a cereal based meal . But if you take different grains in your meal as on regular basis. I will suggest you to take different whole grains in different forms like, sprouts form or for stuffing, porridge, making mission roti etc...And all.

If we r talking about single wheat or multigrain ,I always suggest go with single grain in a meal . Do include different grain and millets in your diet but in different times. Single grain is always preferable

Greetings for the day!!      Wheat lacks certain nutrients while multigrains can actually provide the nutrients that are not present in wheat. But we also need to know what are the multigrains that are used to create the composition. Wheat can create some inflammation in some people due to the gluten present in it. The so called multigrain that is claimed in multiple food products are actually refined and they are actually half as good as the ones that are combined manually at home. Also those products got preservatives that are harmful. So better to go with multigrain food product prepared at home. By all means multigrain is more nutritious. Thank you

Well..you can always go for multigrain or shuffling of your grains to incorporate all micros in your diet..as no one grain has it all. Interms of marketing gimmick..who knows what...!! But u can always go for self mixing of flours to take its benefits. For further queries you may contact directly. Thanks
