White soft bump on inside upper lip
What is this bump on my lip . its white and bluish in colour. Earlier also i had some transparent bump inside the lower lip are which settled after two days but it is there for two weeks. its not causing any problem no pain no redness and soft to touch like it moves when i open my mouth fully stretching lips it does not show. i visited dentist 1 0 days back . he gave me b complex tablets.and ask to gargle with salt water. is it something to worry about.

When your teeth are having any sharp edges then yours lips get more friction and and in log turn you may get ulcer or Mucus filled ballon in lips ( Mucocele )
It is usually painless and strchable so many time ignored. but if this is happening repeatedly then you have to get your teeth checked and get them smoothned to resolve the issue.

While the picture is not clear it points towards a retention cyst (probably a mucocele). While the condition it self is not very alarming (and can be resolved by a minor surgery) the concern is why is this happening frequently (lower lip then upper lip). You can visit a specialist dental surgeon (Oral surgeon/Oral medicine) doctor for greater clarity on this issue

It is a mucocele, there is nothing to worry about as it heals on its own . It usually occurs due to mouth sucking habits or lip biting . Basically it is a response to the trauma that your lips may encounter quite frequently. It is painless in nature . But as you indicated that it is for the second time , I would suggest you to follow the instructions given by your dentist .

It's mucocele caused either due to lip biting ,lip sucking habits or due to trauma.
Do not worry about it, it'll heal by itself ,no treatment required.

Usually occurs if you have a lip biting habit or because of a sucking action of the mucus membranes.
It is usually painless as you described.
