What to eat to complete protein intake

I have issue of frequent occurring acne I eat peanut butter milk and milk products chicken paneer to complete my protein but I am not sure which of these are causing me acne issues. Also once in a while I eat sweets and some junk food but that's only once in a week or 2. Please help

Acne mostly come out due to stomach issues,  may be poor digetion, slow digetion, less of water, more acidic body, constipation...check mai cause, discuss with your dietician. And start proper food adultration. Thanks you.
