Hi im 16 years old and i am currently trying to lose weight aswell as bulk up to get ripped. I am now about 18-20% body fat. I want to reduce myself to about 10% body fat. I really want to look strong and basically very muscular. What foods should i eat. How many meals a day should i have

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi , you should increase your protein intake . Have lots of dairy products in the form of chicken fish eggs milk curds grains . Increase your fiber intake in the form of fresh fruits vegetables nuts n seeds .Have meals at regular interval n exercise daily.
