I can understand your concern.
some people are like that. despite having so much food, their weight do not increase as their metabolic rate is high.
anyways, to gain weight you need to take in more calories than required in a day.
i would suggest you have a high protein diet and have at regular intervals. like have something every 2-3 hours.
also, exercise daily for atlas 20 minutes a day. there is no pill to gain weight.
