I hope u Breastfeeding ur baby as it's beneficial not just for the baby but for u also in shedding those extra kgs especially ur additional fat accumulated during pregnancy. Secondly try to reduce ur daily intake of cereals(chapati/rice) by at least 1 chapati in every meal and add more of protein n
calcium rich foods. Avoid simple sugars n carbs like white bread, biscuits, bakery products.
Avoid visible fat in form of butter, ghee , full cream milk(buffalo, cow's milk). Toned milk is a healthier choice.
Include healthy snacking habits -consisting of salads, fruits ( twice daily ), sprouts, in ur daily diet. Avoid fruit juices or cold drinks. Instead of 3 Large meals, go fr 6 small frequent meals.
Next Steps
Most importantly do some type of exercise yoga-surya namaskar, pranayam, aerobics,or gym, dance, Zumba etc so that u burn calories too and muscle tightening and tonning takes place.
