Before 1 year my weight was just 48kg last year I changed my diet was eating rice many time in 1 year my weight increased by 6 kg only but my body looks same my height is 5'9 " weight is 55 should I start taking supplements if yes please suggest me best one please help me

If all remains in order, then you start having lots of milk n products, if non veg then regular eggs, lean meat n sea fish,dal or soya milk.
