My ideal weight should be between 42-52 but I am 62kg. Need to lose at least 15 kg in 3 months. Help me with it. Moreover do I need to get any health check up done?

You need to follow high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Walking daily two times. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's.
