I hv seen rapid weight gain in past 3yrs.i hv seen approx 10kgs increase in my weight in one yr.i hv reached to 96kgs in 5yrs.i m a house wife and do all my work by myself.i hv consulted varrious dieticians also n followed their advice.i hv very healthy diet.i dont like fried,butter,sweets but still my weight kept increasing.my family dr gave me hypothyoid medicine after seeing tsh value which ws 4.5 in last aug.with the help of tht medicine i managed to lose only 6kgs of weight.i hd my ankle fracture recently.my ht is 5"3 .

Some physical activity apart from house work, try to include,like swimming, walking jogging etc. Reduce the amount of cereals like roti or rice in your meals. Have small n frequent meal a day. Have seasonal fruits n veggies. Drink lots of water.
