Hi , stress and hormonal disturbance make it difficult to loose weight.specific history is needed for some genuine opinion. Meanwhile start taking cinnamon powder 1/4 tsf with luke warm water after lunch and dinner. You need to make right selection of food . Take 5-6 mini meals with lots of veggies like broccoli , cabbage ,lauki , green beans etc. Take fat-free milk and milk products Most importantly take good sleep.

Hello,  I went through your query,  people go to gym for different reasons, some go to increase weight and some go to reduce fat content. Type of exercise and your diet determines your goal. Instead of concentrating more on strength training and muscle building exercise, concentrate more on cardio workout and aerobics,  at  the same time, just avoiding sugar doesn't help to reduce weight, you need to reduce your total calorie intake to 75% of your regular diet. Drink plenty of water. Talk to your gym trainer about your goals and consult a dietician for your personal diet chart.
