Hi I wanted to know which are the fruits and vegetables that help in reducing weight and burn fat and cholesterol as I overweight.. So what are the foods that help reduce weight Thanx in advance

You can papaya watermelon , guvava these fruits help in weight loss and also lowers cholesterol. You can also cherish your plate with apple, orange and sweetlime also. Avoid banana, mango, chiku and pineapple as they increase weight.
