Dear seethalakshmi , you are minor you need a parental supervision before going to any kind of fat loss program. As fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Hi NO need of medications. Instead try this Avoid all kinds of outside food including junk, processed oily food as well as sugar. This includes chips, French fries etc. Make sure that you have only home cooked meals with at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily.
