Natural things are always better when compared to other things.
Unless you want to build muscle for some body building competition, eggs are a good source of proteins and they will perfectly complement your muscle gain.
Have a caloric deficit diet and that too a high protein one.
Consult a dietician in person for a detailed diet chart.
