Hello, it's good to know that you want to take care of your health. Probably you are stressed right now because of your weight. You are not alone.. many girls are underweight. We want to focus more on health than number of your weight. As per your given height (5.2ft) your Ideal Body Weight is 50 to 55kg while you say your weight is 45kg. We need to see how is your appetite, how much food you can eat and most importantly, if you have any digestive system problems like slow digestion, early stomach fullness, indigestion etc., If we know exactly the root cause of your weight being less, we can plan a nutritional strategy targeting the healthy weight gain and minimize nutritional deficiencies for best of your over all health and not just weight. Weight gain Diets are typically High calorie diets but we need to customise to your body type and digestion capacity.
Next Steps
We can discuss further about this in convenience of your home over a video call
Health Tips
1. Add appetite promoting foods like salt and curd with methi seeds or vegetable warm soup in your meal to increase your digestion. 2. Add exercise for feeling hungry and eating right food in prescribed qty
