Weakness and exhaustion
My father's age is 40 years and he always feels weakness and exhaustion, can you Suggest any supplement or protein powder ? Which is helpful for weight gain and removes the weakness and does not have any side effect

I understand your concern. It is important to understand his daily diet to be able to see what is lacking in his nutritional intake. Our body is greatly susceptible to micronutrient deficiencies. I would recommend a B12, Haemoglobin, vitamin D and Calcium test to determine if he needs supplementation.
