Want to reduce belly fat

I want to reduce belly fat without losing weight. Have tried lots of exercises also nothing helps much. My overall weight is only 47 kg with a height of 5'5". Age is 40. I don't have the tendency to gain weight so don't want to lose any weight except the belly fat.
