I am overweight. My weight is 63.9kg.Height is 5'2". I am doing exercises at home for 30 mins daily . I want to know that is protein shake good for weight loss? Which protein is good for health? Soy protein or whey protein? What's are the side effects of protein shake? And also I want to know about the protein bar . Which contains 35% protein . And is this protein bar good for kids(2.5 years old) . Actually I had protein bar before and my son liked that .

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Hi... If u are looking for weight loss the diet should contain low Carbohydrate, low fat and moderate protein. For which protein shakes are not really required. Instead natural protein sources can be consumed like lean meat, nuts, eggs, soya, milk and milk products preferably slim or a Double toned milk, dals and legumes. Protein powder is usually advised for people who do muscle building and strengthening. What type of protein bar,it was not mentioned.
