Should I start taking protein shakes?
Hello doctor. I'm a 24 year old woman with healthy body and none of the severe health problems. But I don't workout everyday. For boosting my overall stamina, I was wondering if I should start having protein shakes. Are the any side effects of it? What would be the perfect time of consuming it and the perfect quantity? Will await your valuable advice. Thanks.

Hi dear your stamina doesnot just depends on protien intake in your meal. You should also look into consumption of processed and packed foods. Avoid all the sugary foods. In regards to protien yyiu can choose any supplements with low sugar and high protein. Ideal time would be in evening snack time.
