Want to gain weight

Hi my age is 26 and my height is 5'3" but my current weight is 46. Also my overall female growth is very less which is becoming a problem for marriage. I don't know which type of consultation i need . Eagerly looking for the best help .

Did you do you thyroid..Please consult a gynaecologist, as every thing is hormonal it seems, so visit a gynae and  do relevant blood tests and then come to a dietitian.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min. Advised - Consult Gynae for Female health
