Want a non veg diet for weight loss

I am over weight by many kilos. I want to loose weight, but unable to loose it easily. It's too difficult to loose weight even after trying hard with diet and exercises. I want to know how to increase the weight loss pace and want a non veg diet for weight loss. Please help as soon as possible

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you
