Hi i want to know some diet tips and exercise for my health my age is 33 my weight is 56 and height is 5'8 so i need some health tips my BP level is around between 120/90 to 140/90 so what should i do how many mint should i walk daily and what exercise should i do what diet should i take please suggest me.
