Hello Doctor, Is it good to go for long walk around 30 to 40 minuits immediately after having food?

Hello user It's good to walk but atleast a gap of 45 mins if you will do brisk walk it's going to help you

Yes u can walk . 40 minutes after food is not like immediately.if u asking it’s good as exercise then it’s a no . It’s just a normal regular walk . Chat directly fr more clarity
