Waist also moving during walk

Whenever I walk my left waist also moves (rotates forward) during left leg stride.Its like it is not able to dissociate with pelvis and waist in my left part of the body. What is the problem here and how to correct it?

It may be due to some weakness of muscle.My advise is to go for iastm therapy for better results.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxvRQ9ZJ8vQ Chiropractic adjustment will help. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

There is some movement at the waist because of attachments to the pelvis. Everyone has a unique gait pattern and if this has been since you started walking and If There is no pain you shouldn't try to remedy it. Having said that if this problem is a new one, check your daily postures,sleeping positions because sustained positions can lead to tightnesses which can be corrected with stretching and activation exercises

This is possibly because of some ligament laxity around the joints around your pelvis. Or it maybe because of some altered mechanics of the muscles around the pelvis.
