Daily vomiting after meals is not normal and needs evaluation. Likely causes include gastritis or gut irritation after antibiotics. Rx: ORS in small sips Probiotic (Vizylac / Sporolac) Ondansetron syrup Urgent review if vomiting water, dehydration, or weight loss. Please consult with paediatrician for correct pediatric dosing.
