Vitamin normal range and deficiency

My vitamin b12 from recent test is 241 and Vitamin D 25 hydroxy (total) is 10.02 ng/mL. Are these values very low??

Vitamin B12 level is on a lower normal limit.you need to take vitamin B12 supplement daily for a few months. Vitamin d is deficient .You need 60000 iu sachets of vitamin d once a week for 12 weeks
