Both are severely low and require treatment. Rx: Tab Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once daily after food. If neurological symptoms/significant malabsorption are present, injections may be required. Cap Cholecalciferol 60,000 IU once weekly × 6–8 weeks, followed by maintenance therapy. Ensure adequate dietary calcium and sunlight exposure. Look for the cause of B12 deficiency if persistent (dietary deficiency, malabsorption, etc.). Repeat levels after completing treatment as advised. You may consult me on Practo for a personalised B12 and Vitamin D treatment plan.

Your B12 and vitamin D are low, but both are treatable with supplementation. You should  get a prescription to correct replacement dose based on your symptoms and cause please avoid self dosing high dose supplements.

Its too low ,better if you go for injectable form ,because you need rapid recovery and level is already too low.otherwise its your choice ,tablet form takes more time to recover.

its extremely low. i will give you advise on how to improve them naturally. but with this critically low levels you will have severe symptoms. regarding initiation medicine consult with me on practo. Dietary and Lifestyle Adjustments:- Vitamin B12 Sources: Eat more B12-rich foods like fish, lean meat, eggs, poultry, dairy products, or fortified plant-based milks and cereals (especially important for vegetarians). Vitamin D Sources & Sunlight: Safely increase short, regular periods of mid-day outdoor sun exposure and eat fatty fish (like salmon or mackerel), egg yolks, and fortified foods. Check Root Causes: we should look for underlying issues like gut absorption problems, low stomach acid, or medications (such as long-term acid reducers) contributed to the deficiencies

Your vitamin B12 (85.7) and vitamin D (4.5) levels are significantly low. You should start supplementation under medical guidance. Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks and vitamin B12 supplementation are commonly used. After the course, repeat the levels to assess improvement. Also include B12-rich foods such as milk, curd, eggs and other animal-source foods in your diet. Please consult a physician to decide whether oral or injectable B12 is more appropriate for you.

Your reports show severe Vitamin B12 deficiency (85.7 pg/mL) and severe Vitamin D deficiency (4.5 ng/mL). Both values are significantly below the normal range and can commonly cause symptoms such as  : - FATIGUE , WEAKNESS, LOW ENERGY BODY ACHE WITH TINGLING AND BURNING SENSATION IN HANDS/ FEET , CRAMPS DIFFICULTY CONCENTRATION & MOOD CHANGES I would also recommend identifying the underlying cause of the B12 deficiency-  especially if you are vegetarian, have gastritis, having  any intestinal absorption problem , indigestion

Hello! Looking at your reports, both your Vitamin B12 (85.7) and Vitamin D (4.5) are significantly low. At these levels, diet and sunlight exposure alone won't be enough to restore your body's reserves. You will need a targeted medical protocol—like therapeutic high-dose Vitamin D3 and structured B12 supplementation—to rebuild your stores safely and prevent symptoms like fatigue, muscle weakness, or aches. Please feel free to consult with me on Practo so I can evaluate your overall health and write a customized prescription for you.
Next Steps
you need to consult a general physician for treatment and diet goals.
