Hi, I have vitamin D deficiency (value is 23) and Vitamin B12 deficiency ( value is 311) alongwith Iron deficiency (value is 51). Please suggest supplements. Rest all reports are normal.

Take Maltviron 2 tbsf morning and evening for 6 weeks,  after meals. Tab neurobion forte one daily for 6 weeks. Take diet with plenty of fresh green vegetables,  beetroot,  pumpkin,  soyabean,fruits particularly pomegranate,  dates, raisins, berries, apple, fresh curd, cheese. Repeat tests after 6 weeks.

Hii Vit d n b12 both are required for proper functioning of nerves Lots of brands containing both are available over the counter But the doses of both in them are not upto mark in majority of brands In order to know proper treatment n guidance consult with me over here
