Hello, There are no natural food sources. Sunlight is the direct source of VIt D3. If you ave a deficiency, take vit D3 tabets once a week for 3 months. Get your leves checked and then ask dietician/ doctor if the tablets should be continued or not.

Hi Natural sources of Vitamin D3 are as follow  1. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. 2. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. 3. Beef liver. 4. Cheese. 5.Egg yolks. 6. Mushrooms For the Supplement I m not the right person to prescribe but I want to tell you that some time its very difficult to cover up the Vitamin D deficiency through diet so Supplement is required. So do get your blood test done and accordingly decide under the expert
