I had gone through my full body check up and except my  vitamin D all result are normal. My vitamin D was 14 and after consulting with doctor. I had taken injection Arachitol 6L. Now still m feeling weakness and fatigue and tickle on my head. Which is  restlessness . Pls suggest.
