Sir, Can we take Vitamin D capsules without any prescription. If yes, can we take weekly one in the mornings for a month and then stop. Please advise.

You can take vitamin d without prescription also but why u want to take, first get ur vitamin d levels and adapt lifestyle measures like sitting in sunlight etc.

No.    Can take after blood test  dose also imp  self medication is harmful and not advisable
