Vitamin B12 or B6 medicine

2022-07-25 17:23:13
I have been advised by one Doctor to take Nurobio B12 B complex medicine. This is for stopping or reducing anxiety. I want to understand how long one can take these medicines and what are it's side effects. I also want to know how one can get it from food without medicine if I am vegetarian. Whether B6 is important or B12? If B6 then in which food it is available? Once I stop B12, anxiety attacks return after 3-4 days. Please help with detailed reply. Thanks.

B12 deficiency is mostly common amont vegetarian population. It's better to take medication for the treatment first rather than thinking about it's side effect from the first day We doctor know the good effect & bad effects of every medicine, but just by seeing the patients I can't tell that i will lead to side effect in you or any one else.... Unless Untill  it has been consumed by you/anyone & came to doctors with some issues.

It would be better if you take a Multivitamin Capsule which also has trace elements and minerals. There is no medicine which works only if it is taken in the most refined form.
