1. Does she need injections?
If she has symptoms (fatigue, tingling/numbness in hands/feet, memory issues, mood changes) → Yes, injections are preferred.
If she is asymptomatic (just routine finding) → Oral supplementation is usually enough.

Tab. Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg OD × 3 months
