It seems that you are on some medication.. And this might cause low vit B12 levels. Your levels are quite less.. So you will be required to take a supplement for raising these. For further details, pls consult through practo app for clinic or video consultation.

Foods that are good sources of vitamin B12 include: 1. **Animal Products:** Meat (such as beef, poultry, and lamb), fish (such as salmon, trout, and tuna), and shellfish (such as clams and mussels). 2. **Dairy Products:** Milk, cheese, and yogurt. 3. **Eggs:** Both the yolk and white parts contain vitamin B12. 4. **Fortified Foods:** Many breakfast cereals, plant-based milk alternatives (like almond milk or soy milk), and nutritional yeast are fortified with vitamin B12. 5. **Organ Meats:** Liver and kidney are rich in vitamin B12. 6. **Spirulina and Seaweed:** These plant-based sources contain some vitamin B12, but their forms might not be as easily absorbed by the body. If you have concerns about your vitamin B12 intake, consider consulting a dietitian or healthcare professional to ensure you're meeting your nutritional needs.
