Vitamin B12 deficiency

2021-04-19 10:44:55
My vit B12 serum report shows reading as 140 pg/mL. Can I take mythylcobalamine 1500mcg tablet once daily to overcome this? If yes, then how long should I take it? Thanks in advance.
