Hi For Vit B12 deficiency one needs supplementation which can be oral or injection given by general physician. However keeping good gut health will help in maintaining better B12 levels - take curd, probiotics will help. Eat eggs, chicken liver, nuts and chickpeas and green leafy are some good food sources. For Vit D - Exposure to sun light is best in between 11am to 4pm for 10 to 15 mins and remember to expose 20% of body parts. Sleep on time and avoid processed foods. Hope this will be helpful.
Next Steps
Meet Doctor for right dosage of B12 supplement.

Hie, vit d3 is likely to be less for major of the population in India due to lockdown. Since everyone is at home and there is limited exposure to sunlight the deficiency is bound to happen. It is advisable that you sit near the window during early mornings so that your body can synthesize vit D3. You can start with vit d3 supplementation of 6 lac IU once every wk. Vit d3 deficiency can lead to fatigue, lowered immunity, increase in weight, decrease in Calcium absorption in the body. Vit B12 is also one of the most essential vitamin and deficiency of the same can lead to depression, low energy, muscle pain, fatigue. You can start with daily supplementation for 3 months. Both this vitamins cannot be consumed through foods as they are not the best source. For details you can contact me on my profile.
Next Steps
- increase exposure to morning sunlight - have balanced diet to improve the absorption of vit b12 and prevent acidity to increase the capacity of Intrinsic factor to absorb vit b 12
Health Tips
Please consult your doctor on the type of medicine that you need to have. Do not self medicate.
