Recurrent vulvar itching with watery discharge after every period is a common pattern. Two frequent causes are yeast overgrowth or a bacterial imbalance, and each is managed differently once the cause is confirmed. Sometimes the recurrence is triggered by intimate washes, douching, or an underlying reason like raised blood sugar.
Next Steps
Please book a gynaecologist consultation. A simple swab test usually identifies the cause and guides the next step.
Health Tips
In the meantime, please stop using any intimate wash, avoid douching, and stick to loose cotton underwear.
